Tianjin Binhai Harbor Port International Trade Co., Ltd. was registered in Room 2-341 No.118, HaiBin 8th Road, Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone on June 6th, 2005, with its working office in Room 302, Gate 1, Bldg. 1, No. 23 NanHai Road, Teda, Tianjin, and registered capital of RMB 51,800,000. Since Sep.28th of 2008, our company has changed to be a Sino-foreign equity joint venture, with present total investment of RMB672,380,000 and registered capital of RMB224,400,000.

The superior geographic location and convenient port condition have provided firm basis for our import and export business. We have a wide range of businesses in the field of iron ore, manganese, chrome, copper, nickel ore, steel billet, hot and cold roll, as well as mid-thick plate. Having abundant practical experience and stable capital, we usually export products to India, Indonesia, Thailand and South America. We often import iron ore are from India, Indonesia, the Philippines and Malaysia, for selling these to steel mill in Tangshan, Xingtai, Handan, Shijiazhuang and Shanxi. We really have steady business relationships with suppliers and buyers.

The process of our import and export is that we usually import iron ore, manganese, chrome, copper and nickle ore from India, Indonesia, the Philippines and Malaysia, such as Lionheart Clobal Asset Management Limited, Tnv Mining & Minerals To The Domestic Steel Mill in Tangshan, Xingtai Longhai Steel Company Co., Ltd., Hebei Jinhye Steel Company Co., Ltd., Shanxi Zhongyang Iron And Steel Company Co., Ltd. and Tangshan City Qingquan Industry Co.Ltd. We purchase steel billets and roll and mid-thick plates from overseas countries such as Indonesia, Thailand and South America. Our main purchaser is TNV MINING&MINERALS.

Besides doing the business of import and export trade, our company can also act as an agent for import and export in the areas of worn hardware, worn machine and cable. Regarding import, our company can provide a competitive importing source so as to largely reduce the producing cost and maximize clients' benefits. As for export, we can also provide strong importer and promote the products to the international market for keeping a competitive position.

In addition, our company has established a manufacturing factory for the iron ore process, covering an area of 13,000 square meters, and has our own ore crusher and magnetic separator. Our processing capacity is 100 000MT per month. Having rent an area of 130mu in Dagang farm land, we expect to expand our iron ore production capability to reach 300,000MT per month by adding more iron ore selecting machines.
